With a background that spans both the corporate and nonprofit worlds, Joe brings a rare blend of strategic acumen, digital innovation, and ministry insight. After a successful career in insurance claims management—where he earned his CPCU designation—he launched a nonprofit ministry and a media business. Over the past two decades, he has served in various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Marketing and Technology, and President of a national nonprofit organization.

He has a Master’s degree in Ministry from Grace Theological Seminary and has directed digital transformations, content marketing, brand revitalizations, and large-scale operational projects and restructurings. Whether starting new ventures or renewing existing ones, Joe is dedicated to helping ministries enhance their impact.
